How does the bundle discount work?

Bundle savings are built into the offer and applied automatically at checkout — no discount code is needed.

Can I use another discount code with a bundle?

Bundle offers cannot be combined with other promotional discounts. If another discount is available, you can choose the offer that gives you the best value at checkout.

When will I see the bundle discount?

Your bundle savings will be reflected at checkout before you complete your order.

What happens if I return part of a bundle?

If an item from a bundle is returned, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the discounted bundle pricing rather than the individual full-price value of the item.

Can I exchange an item from my bundle?

If you need a different size, our usual exchange conditions apply. Availability cannot be guaranteed, so the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a new order for the size you need.

• Free Click & Collect is available from our Rockhampton location.
• Collection times: Tuesday & Thursday, 2pm–5pm.
• You’ll receive confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

We offer change-of-mind returns on eligible full-priced items, with refund requests accepted within 15 days and exchange or store credit requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return your original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sale, promotional and hygiene items may be subject to different return conditions.
