Shipping Policy

Kennasey ships all orders within Australia using Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

Queensland Standard Post: 2–4 business days
Queensland Express Post: 1–2 business days
All other Australian states: 2–14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.

At this stage, Kennasey does not offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00pm on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Authority to Leave

Parcels may be delivered with authority to leave in a safe place without a signature.

If Australia Post determines there is no safe place to leave your parcel, a card may be left with instructions to collect your order from an alternate collection point.

Kennasey cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered.

Kennasey offers flat rate shipping within Australia to keep postage costs consistent.
