Shipping policy

 

Kennasey uses Australia Post for all postage. 

• Queensland orders should arrive within 2-4 business days for standard post.
• Queensland orders should arrive within 1-2 business days for Express post.
• All other states please allow 2-14 business days.
• We are currently not delivering Internationally. 

We send parcels with authority to leave in a safe place without signature, if there is no safe place a card may be left for you to collect from an alternate collection point. All deliveries are made on working business days (no week-ends or holidays). Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

We aim to dispatch every order placed before 12pm on the same day excluding weekends.

Cost of shipping within Australia:

Kennasey uses flat rate shipping to keep our postage price consistent. Kennasey uses Australia Post Standard parcel as well as Australia Post EXPRESS Post.
