Shipping policy

Kennasey ships orders Australia-wide using Australia Post.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia:

Standard Shipping
FREE on orders $199+
$10.95 on orders under $199
Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days after order is dispatched.

Express Shipping
$15 on all orders
Estimated delivery: 1-5 business days after order is dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date your order is dispatched and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post. Regional and remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm on the same business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy sale periods, launches or peak trading times, dispatch may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking details.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after your shipping label has been created and will update as your parcel is scanned through the Australia Post network.

You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel’s delivery progress.

Free Click & Collect — Rockhampton

Free Click & Collect is available from our Rockhampton location.

Collection is available:

Tuesday & Thursday
2pm–5pm

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving to collect.

Authority to Leave

Australia Post may leave eligible parcels in a safe place where appropriate.

If there is no suitable safe location, your parcel may be taken to a nearby Post Office or collection point for collection.

If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with investigating the delivery with Australia Post.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and occasional delays may occur.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your Australia Post tracking information first. If you still need assistance, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it is dispatched, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed.

Additional postage costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout may be the responsibility of the customer.
