Kennasey Community Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Kennasey Activewear ("Kennasey"), Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia.

2. Promotion

Kennasey Community Rewards is an ongoing monthly promotion for members of the Kennasey email community.

Each calendar month (from 12:00am AEST on the first day of the month until 11:59pm AEST on the last day of the month) forms one entry period.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents.

To be eligible, entrants must be actively subscribed to the Kennasey email list at the time of the monthly draw.

Employees of Kennasey, its owners and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Only one entry per person applies, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

4. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary.

Anyone who is actively subscribed to the Kennasey email list at the time of the monthly draw will automatically receive one entry.

New subscribers who join during the month will automatically be entered into that month's draw.

Subscribers who remain on the email list will continue to receive one automatic entry into future monthly draws while they remain subscribed.

There is no need to enter again each month. Your entry will remain active while you stay subscribed.

5. Prize

Each month, one winner will receive a $100 Kennasey Shopping Spree.

The prize will be provided as either:

• a $100 Kennasey Digital Gift Card; or
• $100 Store Credit applied to the winner's Kennasey customer account.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Kennasey reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Draw

One winner will be selected at random on the first business day of each month from all eligible active email subscribers.

Kennasey's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their subscription within five (5) business days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Kennasey reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Privacy

Subscriber information is collected for the purpose of administering Kennasey Community Rewards and sending marketing communications.

Information is handled in accordance with the Kennasey Privacy Policy.

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Once unsubscribed, they will no longer be eligible for future monthly draws unless they re-subscribe.

9. Changes to Community Rewards

Kennasey reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel Kennasey Community Rewards at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

Any changes will be published on this page.
