How to measure

Chest Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level across your back and your arms relaxed by your sides.

Waist Measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest point, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Fit tip Active and Essential share the same size, so take your usual Kennasey size for either. Active is designed to sit fitted, size up if you'd prefer something more relaxed. Essential is designed to sit loose, size down if you'd prefer something closer to fitted.
