How to measure
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips, keeping the tape sitting straight across the fullest point of your bottom.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest point, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight. These sit low on the hip with an adjustable drawstring, so treat this one as a reference only.
Fit tip
These sit lower on the hip with an adjustable drawstring waist, so go with your hip measurement here, the drawstring takes care of the rest. A lot of girls we've fitted have also sized up one from their usual Bike Shorts size, Running Shorts sit more relaxed through the leg, so the extra room is about comfort, not a tighter fit.
